Order Processing Times:

Germany

All orders are processed within 1–6 business days. Shipments are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays, unless these days fall on holidays. Delivery time depends on the logistics company you choose and the conditions and times provided by that company. Processing, shipping, and delivery do not occur on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volume, processing may take longer. Please consider additional days for delivery.

European Union

International Shipments (outside EU)

All orders are processed within 7–21 business days. Shipments are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays, unless these days fall on holidays. Delivery time depends on the logistics company you choose and the conditions and times provided by that company. Processing, shipping, and delivery do not occur on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volume, processing may take longer. Please consider additional days for delivery.

Delivery Costs and Times:

Shipping Rates

Shipping cost depends on the selected products, order volume, destination country, and the delivery operator's rates. Rates are calculated automatically during checkout based on these parameters. Rates may change at any time but are fixed at the time of order.

Order Confirmation and Tracking:

After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number if provided by your carrier. The tracking number is activated within 24 hours or according to the carrier's rules.

Customs Duties and Taxes:

KART ProCare is not responsible for customs duties or taxes applied to your order when shipping outside Germany. All fees charged during or after delivery are payable by the buyer.

Damages During Delivery:

KART ProCare is not responsible for goods damaged or lost during transportation.

If you received a damaged order, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. Keep all packaging and the damaged goods until the claim is submitted.
